Can I use a health insurance provider that is not displayed?
Yes, you can enter the name of another insurer in the appointment form. The clinic will need to confirm whether that provider and your specific plan are accepted.
What should I bring to my visit?
If relevant, bring your existing spectacles, prescription or previous eye-care records. If you intend to use insurance, contact the clinic beforehand to ask what documents may be required.
